Kuwait's Parliament Passes Death Penalty for Blasphemy

KUWAIT CITY, KUWAIT (Worthy News)-- 
Kuwait's parliament provisionally passed amendments to its penal code Thursday requiring the death penalty for anyone who curses Allah, the Prophet Mohammad, or his many wives.
Forty-six MPs voted for the amendments: a second and final vote will take place in two weeks.
Shi'ite MPs also demanded the death penalty for anyone who curses their sect's 12 revered Imams, but the Sunni-dominated parliament rejected it.
The vote to stiffen penalties for religious crimes comes after authorities arrested Shi'ite Hamad al-Naqi last month for allegedly cursing Mohammad, his wives and some of his companions on Twitter.
Sectarian tensions often arise between Sunni and Shi'ia, who comprise about one third of Kuwait's more than one million Muslims.

They, the Muslims are in darkness like the new age people or anyone who denies that Jesus is the Lord, God, prince of peace, the Alpha and the Omega, Counselor, King of kings and Lord of lords, also the head of the host of the heavens, Friend, Creator, Jesus, who can raise the dead, multiply fishes and loaves, heal the sick, and much more. If we believed we could do the same, heal the sick ( in Jesus Name) multiply food. It is still being done by believers world wide. Allah and his religion does nothing. Jesus Christ, Our Savior and the Only Savior who can save us from our sins. And He loves us. No religion can save us, but Jesus Can. I thank God that " we are saved by grace and not of works lest we boast". The Cross is Power of God and defeated Satan. Jesus said, " it is done" when he died...people rose out of their graves that day...as well as the curtain splitting in two in the tabernacle,( we could now reach the Father by the sacrifice of Jesus death on the cross) the earthquakes happening and so on. Jesus rose from the dead. Allah is still in the ground and so are the other false prophets world-wide. Grace from God is free if we accept Jesus Christ, as Lord and Savior. Works does not save anyone of any religion from going to hell. " the beginning of wisdom is the fear of the lord". " we ought to obey God and not man". words of st paul, if man hates Jesus Christ, than we must follow God Almighty through the Word of God, by following Jesus Christ, mediator between God and man.
Heavenly Father, I come boldly before your throne with a hurting heart for these people, for your children, and for those who might be discouraged from you for fear of their lives. I pray that you would encourage anyone who is considering a relationship with you, that they would not give into the fear that Satan is trying to use through the passing of this hideous blasphey law. I pray that those that are already your children would not lose heart. That they would remember the scriptures, to not fear those who can kill the body, but can do nothing more, but to fear the one who has the power to cast both body and soul into Hell. May every soul know the truth, and may there be a tremendous harvest in spite of the enemy trying to discourage through plots (like this law being passed). May Satan be and the worship of Allah and all false Gods be cast down , and may the one and only true living God be glorified, in Jesus mighty, precious, and holy name, AMEN!
