That is as long as terrorists are rewarded politically or economicly for war crimes of attacking civilian targets and using civilians for shields, they will continue to do so. Also why is it that every person injured that doesnt have a weapon in their hand when brought to the hospital is considered a civilian? The world is being devided in these end times, good and evil all taking sides, proving their worthiness for the soon coming Judgement.
