In Italy this week, Jesus goes on trial! Mr.Luigi Cascioli is bringing a lawsuit against parish priest Rev. Enrico Righi for religious racism. Cascioli believes he’s the man who was “born against Christ and God”. Uyyy!

What I find it unbelievable about this whole thing is that Cascioli is proposing that Jesus never existed! (Source) Now, I’ve heard all sorts of interesting theories about who Jesus is but I’ve never come across a person who denies His very existence!

This reminds of the philosopher Voltaire who in the 1700′s claimed, “One hundred years from my day there will not be a Bible in the earth except one that is looked upon by an antiquarian curiosity seeker.” Ironically, his house was later purchased by the Geneva Bible Society and soon became their headquarters!

Hmmm. I wonder what will become of Luigi Cascioli’s house?

Until next time,

George

In Belgium you can be condemned if you refuse to believe there was a holocaust in the second world war. How pityful can men get if they only have eyes for the bad, and none for the blessing. JC already told us that we are blind, and so it is, and even worse.

  2. Lynda Lowery Says:

Would Mr. Cascioli admit that oxygen is essential for all life and that poison kills
whether one “believes” it or not? He will believe
during kneeling lessons before the very Father of the One he denies, and go into unbelieveable Eternal Torment unless we can pray that the Father draw him to Himself before it is too late.

Thank You, Father, for bringing Mr. Cascioli to our attention who is very much in need of a knowledge/vision of You and our prayers, just as was Saul of Tarsus. We believe in Your miracles and know that Jesus Christ died for us while we were yet sinners and undeserving. For Your name’s sake we pray that You will intervene in Mr. Cascioli’s life in a mighty way and manifest Yourself to Him so that he will have no doubt of Your existance. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth we pray. Amen and amen.

My heart goes to worthy News for this wonderfull information about Cascioli.I’ve made a personal commitment to pray for him, leaving the result to the ALMIGHTY GOD.

  4. LUIGI CAMPANELLA Says:

I WILL PRAY FOR MR CASCIOLI.HE REALLY NEEDS IT.

  5. LUIGI CAMPANELLA Says:

MARK 16:16 THAT SHOULD SAY IT ALL

  6. Fergus Says:

    Mr Cascioli clearly needs prayer.
Usually, when someone makes a big deal against Christ, it is a sign that they believe deep down. Real atheists tend to ignore God.

(Oh, and pray that his house gets turned into a Spirit filled church.)

  7. Harold Barnett Says:

One thing that is overlooked is the statement that Cascioli makes that Jesus was confused by the early church leaders with a man named John of Gamala. There is NO historical reference to such a person. He is not mentioned by Josephus (and yet Jesus, John the Baptist, and James are), nor is there any reference to a John of Gamala in the Talmud. The ONLY reference to such a person is to be found in a fictional book called “For The Temple” written in 1888 by GA Henty. This information can be found on Wikipedia. How does Cascioli explain that the early church modeled the “myth” of Jesus around a totally fictitious person who never lived anywhere, at any time? I would love to hear his answer!

    incredible
    from Brother in india

  9. Sebastian Moore Says:

Gods Word has already told us that in the last days that the spirit of the antichrist would come and is already is in the world. 1st John 1;22 declares; Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is an antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son. We as children of The Most High God are to pray for people like this, and my prayer is that Jesus Christ reveal Himself to this lost individual like He did to Paul before He returns for His church. Amen!

  10. Jeffery D. Says:

The Dome of the Rock states in Arabic “GOD HAS NO SON”, so it only stands to reason that people like Cascioli won’t believe. Well, there will come a day when he will be introduced to Jesus. Some will be called forth and others will be dragged in with chains. I wonder which one he’ll be.

  11. Gayle Says:

Jesus Christ is going to be coming soon., everything in the bible is coming to pass.
All the signs are here ….
We need to pray that people that don’t believe are touched by His Holy Spirit, and made to see and believe, before it’s too late for them.
God always keeps his promises to his people…. Christ is going to be coming soon! So be prepared for it.
And only God knows the hour and time of that coming.
And my prayer is this also: God help the ones left behind when the church is taken up by the Holy Spirit.
    In Jesus’ Holy Name…. Amen!
