The U.S. has agreed to sell 1,000 buster-bunker bombs to Israel — a deal that could significantly improve Israel’s ability to strike at Iran’s nuclear facilities. — Source - AP
I’m wondering how long it’ll take the United States to deliver these bombs?

I would assune the wapons will be delivered as soon as is humanly possible. The myth of a powerful Jewish lobby is just that, a myth. There is no real political benefit to supporting Israel with the electorate and the media is generally hostile to Israel. In short, there is no political benefit to agreeing to supply Israel with these weapons. It would be a political loser all the way around to agree to supply these weapons to Israel then not honor the agreement. I would estimate several months to deliver these weapons. The weapons have to be manufactured and tested. Then Congress has to approve. Getting Congressional approval will come. Iran is a major threat to America. This is fairly easy to prove. I estimate Israel and America have until March 2009 before Iran goes nuclear. I look for the weapons to arrive in about Jan 2009. Some time will be needed to integrate these weapons into the IDF forces. Israel also could manufacture these weapons themselves. This could be done faster than buying them from America. Israeli technology is generally superior to America’s. I don’t think Israel needs this to successfully take out Iran’s nuclear program, however, it might help. Bottom line with God’s help Israel will take out Iran’s nuclear weapons program. When Israel does, America will be rid of a major threat to its just interests, if not its very existence. Hopefully its leaders will be bright enough to thank Israel for its efforts.

The Jewish people have been blamed for everything under the sun. Jewish people do not seek to get rid of an entire race of people regardless if it is in their best interest to do so, if there is another way. The writer of this article is indeed correct, what America makes, Israel makes even better with the assistance of El-Elyon which chooses the timing.
