For those who don’t know me, I am George W, editor of Worthy News.
When the Lord impressed it upon my heart to create Worthy News about eight years ago, He showed me the scripture Luke 21:36: Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man. I felt that this scripture said it all in a nutshell.
Worthy News was never meant to be just any news website. We want people to be informed, yes. But furthermore, we encourage our readers to be WATCHMEN and to PRAY for these happenings and disseminate the news to others so they too know how to pray. As a ministry we are called to prepare men and women for the coming of Jesus, that they may be accounted WORTHY to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before Him when He comes!
I often receive questions about my opinions on a news event or as to why a story was posted or excluded from Worthy News. I do try my best to answer these questions as they come. However, over the years it has become increasingly difficult to answer each question as throughly as I’d like because there just always seems to be one more thing I need to get done.
So instead of answering each individual, I’ve decided to create a blog in which I will convey some of my personal thoughts on these matters.

There is going to continue to be major natural disasters and serious problems for America.She has abandonded her friendship with Israel for a role in the dividing up of Jerusalem.
This is not a pleasure to the Lord and will result in the promised curse to those who are opposed to Isreal.
Genesis 12:3 And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.
I beleive that America has already crossed the boundary and the point of no return.

I think the United States has not quite abandoned Israel. I think our president see Iran and Syria as a threat and the Jewish nation is still our friend

Hello Brother,
I greatly enjoy the “sight”. One thought though, I’d move the Christian specific news to the top of the bill! It is good to know what goes on in the world, but I believe that the Lord has all this well in hand, so I would love to know, first and foremost, what is happening with His body in the earth in this hour.
Other than that, keep the watch fires burning.
