President Trump Says He Will Send Armed Soldiers To U.S.-Mexico Border

(Worthy News) – President Trump is irate over reports of National Guard troops being stopped at gunpoint by Mexican military at the southern border.

In a tweet Wednesday, the president said the draw of weapons was probably a “diversionary tactic for drug smugglers” and it “better not happen again.”

The president went further stating, “we are now sending armed soldiers to the border.”
