(Worthy News) – Cabinet members and allies are reportedly discussing removing U.S. President Donald J. Trump from office after angry crowds stormed the Capitol housing Congress.

Major American media outlets ABC News, CBS News, and CNN quoted informed sources as saying that officials within the Trump administration believe he is “out of control.”

Cabinet members reportedly consider invoking the 25th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, which would be a vehicle to remove Trump from office.

It was unclear how extensive these conversations have been or if Vice President Mike Pence supported such action.

Trump administration officials and legislators have been horrified after crowds stormed the U.S. Capitol on Wednesday. Critics claimed Trump encouraged the violence, though the president urged his supporters to remain peaceful and leave.

The U.S. House was due to verify Joe Biden’s presidential election win, despite consistent claims of massive voter fraud.

Trump was expected to have only 14 days left in office.

But some lawmakers want his presidency over sooner, calling for his impeachment following Wednesday’s violence on Capitol Hill that left at least one woman dead.
