26 states have either passed or are in the process of adopting constitutional carry laws


guns worthy christian news(Worthy News) – After Ohio became on Monday the 23rd state to have constitutional carry for firearms signed into law, more than half of all U.S. states have now either enacted or are in the process of adopting constitutional carry.

The NRA’s Institute for Legislative Action defines “constitutional carry” as the right of “anyone who is legally allowed to possess a firearm to carry that firearm without a permit from the state.”

The other states that also have constitutional carry are Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, West Virginia, and Wyoming.
