Israel Retailates After Rockets Fired from Gaza
JERUSALEM, ISRAEL (Worthy News)– Israel Air Forces (IAF) attacked a number of terror related targets Wednesday night after rockets were fired from the Gaza Strip for the third time this week.
At roughly 9:20, two rockets were fired from the Gaza Strip, setting off Color Red Alert sirens in Sderot and surrounding areas. One of the rockets fell near a structure causing light damage, while another landed in an open field.
On Sunday evening, two rockets were launched by terrorists from the Gaza Strip at the city of Ashkelon in Southern Israel; however the threats were neutralized by the Iron Dome Missile Defense System.
IAF fighter jets targeted a center of terror activity, three arms production and storage facilities in Northern Gaza, and another area of terrorist activity in the Southern Strip.
