Netanyahu on gas deal: Project will provide Israel with influx of billions of shekels


(Worthy News) – Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, during Sunday’s cabinet meeting, said that a big step is being made in the implementation of the gas deal, following the resignation of Shas chairman Arye Deri from his post as Economy Minister.

“Natural gas will be the number one provider of economical growth in Israel for the next few years,” said Netanyahu.

He said that the investment of billions of dollars in the project over the span of the next few years will spur economic growth through the creation of new industries and jobs. [ Source ]
