(Worthy News) - Churches in Austin, Texas may soon be forced to hire homosexual and transgender employees, including pastors, if a city ordinance is implemented.

The city says it guarantees "the opportunity for each person to obtain employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age or disability."

The Houston-based US Pastor Council and the Texas Values organization is suing the city in federal court over the code. Both groups argue that the ordinance forces churches to go against their biblical beliefs and does not include a religious exemption for churches in Austin that refuse to hire homosexual or transgender people as employees, including pastors. • Sally Mathews Leviticus 20:13 "If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them."

      What is an abomination?

Since the Supreme Court made same sex marriage legal in all 50 states. We, Christians have been beset with a multitude of debates and arguments one being that the sin of adultery is also an abomination. So the question comes to what is the difference between homosexuality being an abomination and adultery being a sin.

      Here is the difference:

Sins that God calls an abomination are particularly heinous in his eyes. Both adultery and homosexuality are sins, but homosexuality is an abomination. Plus homosexuality characterized pagan idolatry. Where you find one you find the other.

Homosexuality is an abomination because it goes against the natural use of one woman and one man. Adultery is not an abomination even though it is a sin, it is a man with a woman and man with a woman is the natural way that God made us.

Homosexuality + Pagan Idolatry =America today.

I think it is important in this day and time to be able to defend our belief in the Bible. I hope this helps those confronted with this argument be able to defend our position of God ordained marriage (one man and one woman).

  1. May God give the whole America a new heart, new spirit and new understanding to repent of their sin of same marrige and return to Him .

  2. We have been lazy Christians. I see it everywhere and include myself. We haven’t been salt and useless. If we had stood up for what was good and denounced evil years ago instead of falling for Satan’s lies, we wouldn’t be facing these issues here in Babylon. We better start fighting!

  3. Yes Christians need to fight back the evil being dished out. Our Christians leaders need to stand up against the government evils plan, so far they have not this is why we are loosing the war. I pray that God will raptured us yesterday, I say come Lord Jesus come.

  4. Maybe it's time for Christians in that State, in that County, in that City, to start doing it the biblical way, instead?

"Church" as it is known in the USA/UK etc, was, and still is, a Catholic invention. God is shutting them down, in nation after nation after nation. So that His people can begin to get it right (righteous) once again.

That great Revival we've been seeing in Tennessee, how soon after it began did God then move it out into a tent and then bless "the socks off" of all involved?

Those saved via that Revival, where are they now? Or will they, like David Wilkerson prophesied, become the much needed influx to the underground.

The NAR (New Apostolic Reformation) like to say there is "no underground church" in the USA. And that is truth. Because "church" isn't synonymous with Christianity. In fact, the "unchurched" is where you most likely will find real Christians. It is the Church that holds the greatest danger to new Christians, Messianics, and (Messianic/Hebraic) Nazarenes (Netzarim).

If God allows it, we all need to pay attention to why He allows such a thing. It just might be for our good and the good of all who live "in Christ/Messiah."
