(Worthy News) - Germany and Jordan’s top diplomats on Sunday reaffirmed their countries’ support for a two-state solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict ahead of a long-awaited US peace plan.

“We are still in agreement that reaching a two-state solution through negotiations is the only solution,” German Foreign Minister Heiko Maas said during a press conference in Amman with his Jordanian counterpart, Ayman Safadi.

Safadi confirmed that “the two-state solution is the only way to end the conflict.” [ Source: Times of Israel (Read More...) ]

  1. Well, of course Germany (Merkel) wants to continue pushing for a two-state solution. It would weaken Israel. And the E.U. has not given up all its anti-Semitism.

  2. FYI Jordan is 75% 'Palestinians', originally 'Transjordan' is the Arab portion of the British mandate partion between Jews. Two state solution is a pipe dream even among 'Palestinian' Arabs themselves, as Hamas and PA hold different territories.
