In first, Israel charges patient with spreading coronavirus

(Worthy News) – An Israeli man was charged on Monday with spreading coronavirus in what looks to be the country’s first case of its kind.
The Southern District Attorney’s Office filed an indictment against Yochai Hadad, 24, from Moshav Brachia near Be’er Sheva for knowingly spreading the virus.
According to the prosecution, Haddad was diagnosed with coronavirus on September 24 and was ordered by health officials to remain at home in isolation. A week later, however, he violated quarantine and went to a party in Moshav Hodiya near Ashkelon, even though he knew he could infect others. [ Source: Ynet News (Read More…) ]
