SCOTUS Refuses to Hear Case Involving Transgender Student-Restroom Dispute

(Worthy News) – Do parents surrender their right to direct the upbringing of their children when public schools force their children to ignore “biological reality” by allowing transgender children to use restrooms or locker rooms based on gender identity instead of biological sex?
The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday refused to take the case, which means that four justices denied certiorari.
As a result, a lower court ruling stands. That ruling, affirmed by the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, found that transgender students have the right to use the bathroom or locker room that aligns with their gender identity. [ Source: CNS News (Read More…) ]
