Israel: New Hope, Yamina trail behind Likud in new poll

(Worthy News) – If Israel was to hold another election today, Likud, led by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, would remain at the top as the largest party, with right-wing rivals trailing behind, a new poll revealed Tuesday.
The survey, which was made by Magdam Institute for Channel 12, handed Likud 27 seats, followed by New Hope, spearheaded by Netanyahu’s rival and former Likud member Gideon Sa’ar, with its 18 mandates.
Yamina, a right-wing party led by former Defense Minister Naftali Bennett, was projected to be the third-largest, securing 14 votes in the 120-seat Knesset (Israel Parliament). [ Source: i24 (Read More…) ]
