(Worthy News) – Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu warned on Monday that Israel will likely need to extend its current lockdown restrictions, despite its successful vaccination campaign.
Visiting a vaccination center in Beit Shemesh with Health Minister Yuli Edelstein, Netanyahu said, “We may need another short, limited period of restrictions. In any event, we will not extend the lockdown by more than two weeks.”
Channel 13 reported that Netanyahu supports extending the lockdown by at least 10 days, covering two weekends. [ Source: Times of Israel (Read More…) ]
