Lawsuits seek to allow ivermectin as treatment for COVID-19

(Worthy News) – A wave of lawsuits filed around the country are seeking to force medical providers to provide the drug ivermectin to COVID-19 patients who seek to use it as a cure.
The drug’s potential as a treatment for the SARS-Cov-2 virus has been a matter of speculation since late last year. Many medical officials have argued strongly against its used, claiming its effectiveness in fighting the virus is unproven.
The lawsuits being filed around the country have been lodged “by people seeking to force hospitals to give their COVID-stricken loved ones ivermectin,” the Associated Press reports. [ Source: Just the News (Read More…) ]
