Yellen Warns Dec. 15 New Estimated Date for U.S. Debt Default Unless Congress Acts

(Worthy News) – In just about a month’s time, the United States could be unable to pay its bills, according to a new warning from Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen.
It comes as the country nears the debt ceiling.
Last month, lawmakers agreed to raise the debt limit by $480 billion. But the Treasury Department says that only keeps the country solvent until mid-December. [ Source: CBN News (Read More…) ]
