(Worthy News) – Israeli missiles hit targets in the Damascus area early Thursday, killing a Syrian soldier, according to reports.
Syrian state-run media SANA said Israeli missiles targeted the southern part of the country from the Goland Heights. Several of these were shot down by Syrian missile defense systems.
Israel made no comment on the strike, as it rarely responds to reports of attacks north of its borders. Leaders in the Jewish state, both military and political, have stated that Israel will not tolerate Iran’s presence in Syria. [ Source: i24 (Read More…) ]
