OSHA Officially Withdraws Biden’s Vaccine Mandate After Supreme Court Ruling: ‘Blatantly Unconstitutional’


white house worthy christian news(Worthy News) – The U.S. Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) withdrew its Vaccination and Testing Emergency Temporary Standard for employers with over 100 employees Tuesday after the U.S. Supreme Court halted the enforcement of President Joe Biden’s vaccine mandate for private businesses on Jan. 13.

According to a statement from the U.S. Department of Labor, the withdrawal is effective Jan. 26. However, OSHA is not dropping the mandate as a general proposal.

“Although OSHA is withdrawing the vaccination and testing ETS as an enforceable emergency temporary standard, the agency is not withdrawing the ETS as a proposed rule,” the Labor Department said. “OSHA strongly encourages vaccination of workers against the continuing dangers posed by COVID-19 in the workplace.” [ Source: CBN News (Read More…) ]
