WSJ: Israel cooperating with US on Saudi bid to enrich uranium

(Worthy News) – Israel is working behind the scenes with the Biden administration on a proposal for a uranium enrichment operation in Saudi Arabia as part of a potential normalization deal between Jerusalem and Riyadh, the Wall Street Journal reported Thursday.
According to unnamed Israeli and US sources, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has instructed Israeli nuclear and security experts in Israel to work with US negotiators on a plan that could potentially lead to Riyadh openly enriching uranium.
Sources told the Wall Street Journal that the establishment a US-run uranium enrichment facility on Saudi territory was only one of several ideas being considered. [ Source (Read More…) ]
