North Korea Reportly Has a New Cruise Missile
PYONGYANG, NORTH KOREA (Worthy News)– Did you see that? A brief scene that lasts just over a second, buried within a North Korean military propaganda appears to indicate that the country has developed a new cruise missile, a Johns Hopkins university group announced.
The U.S.-Korea Institute at Johns Hopkins reported the cruise missile is a sea-based copy of a Russian-made, anti-ship missile called the Kh-35 Uran, which is a sea-skimming anti-ship cruise missile similar to the US Harpoon cruise missile.
North Korea most likely acquired the missile through direct sale from Russia, despite U.N. sanctions, the Institute concluded. The institute published their findings on its 38 North Blog.
