(Worthy News) – Saudi media reported on Friday that an Israeli airstrike caused an explosion at an arms depot in Yemen’s capital, Sana’a, which is under the control of Iran-backed Houthi rebels.

On Thursday, missiles targeted a arms depot where drones and precision missiles are stored, as reported by the Saudi-owned Al-Hadath news network.

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) have not provided any comments on the incident.

Houthi officials dismissed the claim that their weapons depots were targeted and contended that the explosion occurred at a gas station. They further asserted that it was a result of remnants from old bombs left there during previous conflicts.
