Last night, four rockets were fired from the Gaza Strip into Israel, two of which were intercepted by the Iron Dome anti-missile system. Israel retaliated destroying five concealed rocket launchers in northern Gaza, one terror activity site in central Gaza and a weapon manufacturing site in southern Gaza.

A mortar was fired from Syria into Israel which killed a 15-year old boy, at least three others, including his father. The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) responded with tank fire. Afterwards, the IDF searched the area for possible terrorists who may have crossed into Israel.

Operation Bring Back Our Brothers continued into its tenth day as Israel searches for three kidnapped teenagers. Nine more Palestinians were arrested bringing the total to approximately 350, mostly Hamas members. In clashes with Israel Defense Forces (IDF) two Palestinians were killed.
