Declassified Memo Released: Drone Killing of American Justified
According to a newly declassified Justice Department memo, released by a Federal Appeals Court Monday, the U.S. Government can kill an American overseas if authorities cannot apprehend them, whose “activities pose a continued and imminent threat of violence,” the Wall Street Journal reported.
Military Blimps Set to Launch in Maryland (Video)
Is it a bird? Is it a plane? No, it’s new military blimps. The U.S. military base at Aberdeen Proving Ground will be launching two blimps that will become permanent fixtures in the sky over Maryland. On a clear day, someone can see it from 50 miles away. The U.S. military says the blimps will be looking for anti-ship cruise missiles, unmanned aircraft, and swarming boats.
