Mob Storms Christian Center in Vietnam Lead by Officials and Police

HANOI, VIETNAM (Worthy News)– Last week a group of pastors and Bible students were beaten by a mob that stormed the building they were meeting in and then attacked them, according to Release International.

Pastor Nguyen Hong Quang was holding several programs for ethnic Christians at his school in My Phuoc, Binh Duong province, when several hundred police and government officials began pelting the building with rocks; they then forced their way inside, attacking the pastors and students while ransacking the rooms.

Release reported that 20 pastors and students were brutally beaten in the two-hour raid. Pastor Quang suffered injuries to his head and chest and had several teeth broken.

All of those injured in the raid were prevented from seeking medical help.
