James Dobson: Christians soon to be 'hated minority'

Thursday, April 23, 2015 | Tag Cloud

(Worthy News)-- James Dobson hosted a panel of Christian leaders on his "Family Talk" radio show Wednesday and warned that Christians are about to face a new status in America as a "hated minority" if the U.S. Supreme Court decides, as many expect, to mandate same-sex "marriage," World Net Daily reported.

"The heart of what's happening is an attempt to impose a new morality on all of America," said Maggie Gallagher, a traditional-marriage advocate for 25 years.

The author of "The Case for Marriage," Gallagher is co-founder of the National Organization for Marriage and a senior fellow with the American Principles Project.

Homosexual advocates have no interest in a "live and let live tolerance," she said. "After redefining marriage, the next thing on their agenda is to redefine Christianity." --[wp_colorbox_media url="http://www.wnd.com/2015/04/christians-facing-new-status-as-hated-minority/" type="iframe" hyperlink="Source"]

  1. "Christians soon to be hated minority". Should this come as a surprise to the followers of our Lord Jesus? Do we think His words spoken is in vain.

Praise God we are not hated by our awesome and gracious God and Savior.

Let's continue to love our enemies though they hate us. And we only can do this through Christ who strength us.

    Grace and Peace!

    • JESUS was hated and put to death on the cross. He told us that we would also be persecuted and hated. He said, "Blessed are you when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and say all manner of evil against you falsely for my sake. Rejoice and be exceedingly glad for "great" is your "reward" in heaven for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you."Matthew 5:1-12.

So, we were told that we would be hated, and persecuted. True Christians are not expecting to be out of here (in a rapture) "before" all of this happens. NO, they know what He told them and they are going to be ready for it at all cost. They have counted the cost of their salvation and they are to be washed in the blood of the LAMB.

      • They already have re-defined "bigotry." It refers to those who speak the truth (be it medical, scientific, psychological, scriptural or historical). Bigotry to the homosexual is to hate one who speaks the factual Truth. The sad truth is that those who do this are the epitome of bigotry and they can't see their hypocrisy.

    • AMEN...There will actually be many in the Kingdom of GOD (also heaven), but there are going to be many many more in hell with satan and the demons. More people don't believe and trust or obey GOD, than do. Heaven will be a glorious, wonderful place like the garden of Eden, while hell is going to be total separation from GOD and anything good "forever". It's just a one way ticket there and there are no do-overs and no returns if people aren't satisfied. The time to decide where we are going to spend our eternity is right now.
