(Worthy News) – Four Christian converts from Islam were recently beaten on their way home from an outreach ministry in Uganda.
According to Barnabas Aid, the injured are now recovering after Barnabas partners paid for their medical expenses. The converts had come to know Christ in a Barnabas-supported ministry in Kampala that has already baptized more than 40 former Muslims.
Although Uganda is a Christian majority country, converts from Islam must often endure the hostility of neighboring Muslims, especially from family members who have both rejected them and their newfound faith in Christ.
