(Worthy News) - Vice President Mike Pence’s chief of staff railed against congressional leaders in closed-door remarks to wealthy donors and called for a “purge” if GOP lawmakers don’t quickly rally behind President Donald Trump’s agenda.

In remarks at a Republican National Committee event at the St. Regis Hotel in Washington on Tuesday morning, Nick Ayers also warned that Republicans are “on track to get shellacked” in next year’s midterm elections if GOP lawmakers don’t pass Trump’s legislative priorities.

But Ayers reserved his harshest criticism for congressional leaders and members who have not offered full-throated support for the president.

“Just imagine the possibilities of what can happen if our entire party unifies behind him? If — and this sounds crass — we can purge the handful of people who continue to work to defeat him,” Ayers said, according to an audio recording of the remarks obtained by POLITICO. [ Source (Read More...) ]

  1. Good. Get on with it. We've needed the GOP split for a long time now. That will force the Tea Partiers to merge into something exactly like what they are, rabid Conservatives and leave us with something decent, by any name.

Now, we need the Dems to split too so that they can just go off into full on Communism like they've wanted to for so long. And the moderates among them can war over whether they'll stand for abortion or not. Hope that splits too because if they don't and all we got are Pence's friends to chose from, the downward slide of the USA is just going to increase.

Has anyone considered what the White House will be like next time? When the Dems get back in?

That's why no one should continue being inside of "Churches" anymore. Find a new name for your group; assembly, fellowship, congregation, etc. Because the GOP is not the only (it's 1 of 2) major political parties in these United States which is full of rabid people. The Libs will focus on Christians next time, they blame us.
