5 deputies shot, 1 fatally, near Denver; suspect shot and killed, authorities say

(Worthy News) – Authorities in Colorado have identified a sheriff’s deputy who was slain in an early morning shooting near Denver.
The slain officer was Zack Parrish, 29, who leaves behind a wife and young children.
The incident, in which several deputies were shot, took place near an apartment complex south of Denver.
The suspect, who has yet to be identified, fired more than 100 rounds, authorities said. [ Source: Washington Times (Read More…) ]
