(Worthy News) - Russia does not believe there is a case for United Nations action against Iran, Russia’s U.N. ambassador said on Wednesday after traveling to Washington to view pieces of weapons that Washington says Tehran gave Yemen’s Houthi group.

The Trump administration has for months been lobbying for Iran to be held accountable at the United Nations, while at the same time threatening to quit a 2015 deal among world powers to curb Iran’s nuclear program if “disastrous flaws” are not fixed.

“We only heard some vague talk about some action,” Russian U.N. Ambassador Vassily Nebenzia said on Wednesday. “If there is something (proposed) we will see. How can we pass judgment prematurely before we know what it is about?” [ Source: Reuters (Read More...) ]

  1. Russians constantly reveal their lack of wisdom and understanding. Surely one would think they would stumble upon a correct viewpoint once in a while even if by accident.

  2. Russia is wise among the worldly. They survived WWII and Lenin, then Stalin, wherein most of the US population would have just died. Now, they flourish midst US Sanctions, imposed by Obama and increasing with Trump.

What becomes apparent is their backing gross antisemitism. Why would Putin side with such great hatred of Jews and the State of Israel? Might this be what would have been a foreseeable future when Perestroika opened the way for the USSR's (now Russia again) Jewry to flee it? Leaving Russian now to legislate Christianity to it's former Russian Orthodoxy which never has stopped being antisemitic?

It is highly likely that Trump's Adm now knows just how anti-Jewish Russia now is. No wonder they side with Syria and Iran and pull strings to advance on Israel.

It's been said "catholic" and Muslim will join forces to forge the new one world religion, now that Psychology did not penetrate Islam much at all, only the "Christian" faiths. Seems it was said much after the fact, now.
