Disney World Cancels Annual Christian Concert 'Night of Joy' After 34 Years

(Worthy News) - Walt Disney World in Orlando Florida has officially confirmed that the popular family tourist attraction has canceled its annual Christian concert event, Night of Joy, after 34 years.

In a statement shared with the Orlando Sentinel, a Disney spokeswoman confirmed that the event will not be returning to the Walt Disney World Resort.

  1. This makes me sick .they will make Nicky mouse hate for the gay pride in June but they shun any thing doing with God and Christianity .sad I will never get support any thing Disney or spend money for any Disney again .

  2. It is a shame that they have canceled this event but I wonder why they did not give a reason for it in the article or announcement. This leaves the door open for all kinds of speculation. Disney has changed quite a bit in the last few years and is becoming more and more an adult theme park than a child-oriented theme park. It used to be something special but no longer is. I believe in the years to come you may see a downcline of revenue and interest in the parks.
