(Worthy News) – Archaeologists have found a secret passageway where early Christians used to hide to escape Roman persecution.
Islamic State militants once occupied Manbij, Syria, where this hiding place was discovered, never realizing they had a relic of ancient Christendom in their possession.
“I was so excited, I can’t describe it. I was holding everything in my hands,” Abdulwahab Sheko, head of the Exploration Committee at the Ruins Council in Manbij, told Fox News. [ Source: CBN News (Read More…) ]
