(Worthy News) - President Donald Trump on Sunday warned Iran of consequences “the likes of which few throughout history have ever suffered,” if it threatens the United States.

The response came after Rouhani earlier Sunday issued his own warning to the US leader not to “play with the lion’s tail,” saying that conflict with Iran would be the “mother of all wars.” [ Source: Times of Israel (Read More...) ]

Matthew 24:6-8 You will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you aren’t troubled, for all this must happen, but the end is not yet. For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom; and there will be famines, plagues, and earthquakes in various places.  But all these things are the beginning of birth pains.

Luke 21:28  But when these things begin to happen, look up, and lift up your heads, because your redemption is near.

  1. Putting a threatening tweet in uppercase letters not only looks juvenile but is of questionable effect when aimed at a member of a religion where martyrdom is the only sure way to get to paradise.

And "words of violence & death" are the vocabulary of Islam, or did Trump think he was tweeting to a fellow Presbyterian?

  2. Let none of them tug on the Lion of the Tribe of Judah's tail.

Folks I had to make light of this..

That said, I must add - Trump is a very courageous leader and certainly makes it known he will not be bullied. He fiercely stands up for what he believes is right (even if no one else agrees).

    Something Christians could learn from.

  3. We should let Iran continue to threaten as much as it wants. It just continues to prove to the rest of the world just how war-driven and terrorist their government is.
