(Worthy News) – There were an estimated 1.8 million gun sales in September, a “year-over-year increase of 66% from September 2019,” reported Small Arms Analytics & Forecasting (SAAF).

Using the FBI’s National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) data and adjusting it for “checks unlikely to be related to end-user firearms sales,” the SAAF estimated firearms sales at 1.8 million in September.

That estimate includes 980,000 handgun sales, an 81% increase over September 2019, and 660,000 long-gun/rifle sales, which is a year-over-year increase of 51%. [ Source: CNS News (Read More…) ]
