Judge blocks Biden policy that would allow illegal migrants to be released without court dates

(Worthy News) – A Florida federal judge imposed a preliminary injunction on the Biden administration’s “parole with conditions” policy Tuesday.
This policy would have allowed the Biden Administration to enact policies to release migrants without setting court dates.
Judge T. Kent Wetherell listened to arguments given by the state of Florida that the policy was identical to a “Parole + ATD” policy which he had blocked in March, which the White House referred to as “sabotage,” according to Fox News. [ Source: Just the News (Read More…) ]
