WASHINGTON (Worthy News) – Footage has emerged of Americans nearly signing a petition to “help Hamas free Palestine” but then thinking twice after being confronted with the Palestinian group’s views.

Signing the petition would also mean accepting Hamas’ “terms and conditions,” such as that “you agree that every Jew, Christian and non-Muslim in the world must be slaughtered.”

“I don’t know about that one,” a man could be heard saying, giving back the pen to the peace activist’s petition. Other terms and conditions, such as “you endorse making homosexuality punishable by jail or death,” also led to similar reactions.

“Puppets to spread Jihad and destroy the West” was another reason why a woman refused to sign the “help Hamas free Palestine petition,” according to a video obtained by Worthy News. “No,” the woman said when quickly returning the pen. “I am glad that I read the terms” of the agreement, the activist told her.

Terms also included supporting strict Shariah (Islamic) law banning women from “showing their knees, hair or playing sports in public or not being able to travel without a man’s permission.” “I’m sorry, I am not interested” said a woman moments shy of signing the petition.

A young woman also appeared shocked when asked if she wanted to support the free Palestine battle of “a terrorist group that beheads babies and rapes girls to replace the only democracy in the Middle East,” with the democracy referring to Israel.

“I am not sure that’s something to support”, she said, followed by similar “oh, no” and “I don’t support” any of these things from others in the video.

An editor viewing the footage for Worthy News commented that “While this is not news, I believe it provides excellent talking points for use. Shout out to Amir @beholdisraelchannel for posting it”, online. “A brilliant way to explain what Hamas is.”
