TEL AVIV/JERUSALEM (Worthy News) – Footage has emerged appearing to show people in Tel Aviv bomb shelters praying and singing as sirens sounded amid Iranian missile attacks in recent days.
The videos, appeared to capture groups of civilians gathered underground as air-raid alerts were activated across parts of Israel.
Israeli authorities confirmed that Iran launched missiles toward Israeli territory following earlier U.S.-Israeli strikes on Iranian targets. Air-raid sirens were heard in Tel Aviv and other cities as the military activated its air defenses to intercept incoming projectiles.
Explosions were also reported in northern Israel, where interception systems were deployed. There were no immediate confirmed reports of direct missile impacts in Tel Aviv.
IRAN RETALIATES AFTER U.S.-ISRAEL STRIKES
The missile barrage followed confirmation from U.S. officials that American forces were participating in Israeli strikes against Iran. Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz earlier described the operation as a “preemptive” strike aimed at Iranian military and missile infrastructure.
Worthy News was not able to independently verify the timing or authenticity of the shelter footage. However, social media users shared the clips as concerns mounted about a broader regional conflict following joint U.S. and Israeli strikes against Iran.
Military analysts warned that further escalation could involve additional missile exchanges and potential retaliation by Iran-backed groups across the region.
