Bongino Teases Explosive Discoveries of Government Corruption, Pledges Truthful Investigations

(Worthy News) – FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino issued a bombshell announcement on Saturday, revealing that recent findings from ongoing federal investigations into public corruption and the weaponization of government have left him “shocked to [his] core.”

In a striking post on X (formerly Twitter), Bongino declared, “What I have learned in the course of our properly predicated and necessary investigations into these aforementioned matters has shocked me down to my core. We cannot run a Republic like this. I’ll never be the same after learning what I’ve learned.”

Though Bongino did not elaborate on the specifics, he made clear that the investigations–described as “righteous” and “by the book”–are progressing under the radar. “Things are happening,” he assured, even if not immediately visible to the public. “We are going to get the answers WE ALL DESERVE… not ‘my truth’ or ‘your truth,’ but THE TRUTH.”

The former Secret Service agent and longtime conservative commentator, who took on his role at the FBI amid a push for reform, emphasized his commitment to rooting out political weaponization within law enforcement and intelligence agencies. “The Director and I are committed to stamping out public corruption and the political weaponization of both law enforcement and intelligence operations,” Bongino wrote.

In a more optimistic post days prior to his latest announcement, Bongino highlighted progress made by federal law enforcement since January, citing over 12,000 violent crime arrests, substantial drug seizures, and more than 21,900 immigration-related arrests.

Separately, the Department of Justice last week launched a task force in response to newly declassified materials released by Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard. The documents reportedly shed light on the origins of now-debunked claims of Russian collusion in the 2016 election. The DOJ stated that the task force would “assess the evidence publicized by Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard and investigate potential next legal steps.”

Bongino’s silence on the exact nature of his revelations has sparked widespread speculation, but his solemn tone left no doubt about the seriousness of what lies ahead. “We are going to conduct these investigations in accordance with the law,” he promised. “And we will not stop until the truth is brought to light.”
