(Worthy News) - At least 10 pastors were arrested with their families last Sunday as they worshiped in church services across the northern Indian state of Uttar Pradesh, a leading persecution watchdog has reported.

Christian Solidarity Worldwide, a United Nations' accredited NGO that serves in over 20 countries in Africa, Asia, the Middle East and Latin America, reports that authorities in the state have continued their crackdowns on Christians this week.

In addition to the 10 pastors and families, police are said to have also arrested three more believers on Monday and threatened another pastor in the state in an attempt to get him to stop holding services. [ Source: Christian Post (Read More...) ]

    • It's not China first. It's China again. Just as it was the former USSR now known as Russia, once more. And Russia too is back at it again, only protecting their Russian Orthodox Church, this time, which is a Catholic Church just as all the other Catholic Churches r.

  1. If it wasn't for the fact that so many of these persecutors and terrorists could still be reached and come to Jesus, I could easily say, "come quickly Lord Jesus" . I can't forget what I was in my middle age, when Jesus came and saved me from certain physical and spiritual death. I find that it's hard for me to have to wait. I anticipate His coming with so much excitement. I remind myself, however, of the patience and love He had for me. He extends the same love to them. I also ask myself, what am I doing while I'm waiting? Am I praying for those that are involved in committing such acts of evil and hate. Can't forget that the Apostle Paul was a hateful and merciless terrorist toward Christians before he met the Lord, and afterwards became the formost warrior for Jesus.

    • Our apostle Paul was never a warrior after he came to know Yeshua aka Jesus. What he used as a comparison is to be like the soldier, who wears armor and obeys without question. And indeed "Jesus" in the gospels commended a Roman Centurian for his faith and trust. A warrior, on the other hand, wars. How can someone "shod" in the shoes of peace love war. The false doctrine that any of us who follow the Prince of Peace should be Spiritual Warriors came straight from hell. Follow the Messiah come and to return, as Paul did.
