Protesters gathered at statehouses across the nation, as U.S. Capitol building was breached
(Worthy News) -Protesters gathered outside several statehouses across the United States on Wednesday to rally in support of President Trump as Congress moved to certify the results of the electoral college in favor of Joe Biden and demonstrators in Washington, D.C. stormed the Capitol building.
Hundreds of people gathered in states including Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, South Carolina and Wisconsin – waving signs and chanting “Stop the steal.” The majority of the protests were small, though a handful of arrests were reported.
The New Mexico statehouse was evacuated after supporters arrived in vehicles and on horseback. Demonstrators sang “God Bless America” and honked their horns. Democrat Joe Biden won the vote in New Mexico by a margin of more than 10%. [ Source: Just the News (Read More…) ]
