Donald Trump’s Tax Returns Are in the Hands of 25 Democrats


Screen Shot 2022 12 01 at 9.04.17 PM(Worthy News) – The House Ways and Means Committee was granted access to six years of Donald Trump’s tax returns on Wednesday, in accordance with a Supreme Court ruling.

The former president had asked the nation’s highest court to block the release of the documents to the Democratic-led committee, which first requested them in 2019, but the Supreme Court justices decided against him on November 22.

On Wednesday a spokesperson for the Treasury Department confirmed that it had complied with the court’s decision but did not clarify whether the committee had already accessed the documents. [ Source: Newsweek (Read More…) ]
