Texas GOP rejects 2020 election and contends Biden was ‘not legitimately elected’

taxas map worthy ministries(Worthy News) – The Texas Republican Party adopted a new platform this weekend that rejects the results of the 2020 election and declares that President Joe Biden’s victory was not legitimate.

The changes were made during the state GOP’s biennial convention as Republican leaders contended the 2020 election violated the Constitution and resulted in substantial voter fraud. Party leaders argued that various secretaries of state nationwide had “illegally circumvented” state legislatures by “conducting their elections in multiple ways.”

“We reject the certified results of the 2020 Presidential election, and we hold that acting President Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. was not legitimately elected by the people of the United States,” the party wrote in its 40-page document. “We strongly urge all Republicans to work to ensure election integrity and to show up to vote in November of 2022, bring your friends and family, volunteer for your local Republicans, and overwhelm any possible fraud.” [ Source: Washington Examiner (Read More…) ]
