Texas judge strikes down Biden’s student debt relief plan

Judge Mark Pittman of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas issued his 26-page ruling Thursday that said the program was “an unconstitutional exercise of Congress’ legislative power and must be vacated.”
A message on the governments student debt relief page, studenaid.gov, now reads “courts have issued orders blocking our student debt relief program. As a result, at this time, we are not accepting applications. We are seeking to overturn those orders.” [ Source (Read More…) ]
